Thanks to the hybrid type steam boiler, the moving grate system, high combustion efficiency, automatic slag collection and effective dust collection systems, the values required by the air quality protection regulations are easily achieved, and the client is provided with the opportunity to produce clean, efficient and cheap energy. Thanks to specially designed moving grates and pre-combustion furnace, wood, coal, sander dust, production residues and biomass fuels can be burned without any problems.
Thanks to the moving grate combustion system applied in solid fuel systems, the system can operate partial and modulating way according to the energy requirement and high efficiency is provided. Combustion takes place in the combustion chamber, in which the moving step grate is also takes place. Heat transfer is provided by radiation in the front furnace and by convection in the boiler. The flue gas passes through the boiler and the solid particles are separated from the flue gas in the multi-cyclone filter and discharged before the stack in accordance with the flue gas values allowed by the air quality protection regulation.
The hybrid type steam boiler consists of two parts as a water tube pre-combustion furnace and a fire tube cylindrical heat exchanger. The process steam production capacity of this system can reach up to 30 tons/hour and 30 bar pressure steam values in a single unit.
