In addition to our boiler systems, TETA also manufactures autoclaves, which is also a pressure vessel and has areas of use for different sectors. Following the completion of the calculation, design, manufacturing and erection works of the autoclaves, the commissioning processes are carried out by the experienced and expert personnel of our company.
Autoclaves are designed in different diameters and lengths for many different sectors such as plastic, wood and civil products. All units are designed, manufactured and certified according to the latest international pressure vessel standards and/or technical specifications from customers.
Material selection is made according to the temperature and pressure values according to the usage conditions, and design calculations are made according to the selected material. Autoclaves are equipped with all the operating and safety equipment required by the standards and the operating risks in opening and closing the hatch are eliminated.
The opening and closing ways of the doors can be designed differently – guillotine type, counter-weighted upward or side-opening type – in line with the requests of the customers, according to the plant layout.
