A lawsuit has been filed with the Istanbul 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance under case number 2026/401, seeking the annulment of resolutions numbered 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, adopted at the ordinary general assembly meeting of our company held on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the address Vişnezade Mah. Şair Nedim Caddesi Hacı Halitbey Sok. No.7 Beşiktaş/İstanbul.
The hearing date for the annulment lawsuit, filed on May 9, 2026, has not yet been set. This announcement is made pursuant to Article 448 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, based on the decision of the Istanbul 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance dated May 11, 2026.
